Return Policy

At Yeelane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, we're here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges.

90-Day Return Window

You have 90 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized items (if applicable)

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@yeelane.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.

  3. Ship your item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@yeelane.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@yeelane.com, and we will guide you through the process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
