1. Warranty Coverage
Yeelane offers a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that become apparent under normal use and service.
2. What is Covered:
Defects in materials (e.g., faulty components).
Defects in workmanship (e.g., assembly errors).
3. What is NOT Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or accident.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information to assess the eligibility of your warranty claim.
Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the defective product.
Shipping: You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Resolution of Warranty Claims
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Yeelane will, at its sole discretion:
Repair: Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts.
Replace: Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent functionality.
Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund of the purchase price.
The repaired or replacement product will be covered by the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of return shipment, whichever is longer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Yeelane's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
